The Bon Vivant Chardonnay is 100% whole cluster pressed and was aged in a single 600L barrel. The winemaking team chose this single barrel as the finest in the cellar from our estate Chardonnay. Our most limited offering, the Bon Vivant is only produced when an exceptional barrel is found.

Tasting Notes
Intense aromas jump out of the glass showcasing ribbons of sweet cream, powdered sugar, ripe Meyer lemon, tropical guava, and kaffir lime. Bright acidity dances across the palate and is balanced by a weighty texture with substantial complexity. Flavors of salty sea air, white grapefruit, key lime interplay with green papaya and chamomile tea. The finish is long and lingering driven by acidity.
