Tasting Notes
Black cherry, pomegranate, baking spice, clove, perfumed frankincense and dried rose petals make up a beautiful bouquet of aromas. On the palate, balanced acid with subtle chalky tannins play well together. A savory flavor profile of dried meats, nisua greek olive, leather, black tea, balance notes of fresh black cherry, raspberry and hibiscus.
