1 Bottle - 2019 Extra Brut Sparkling Wine
Our Extra Brut Sparkling Wine, crafted in the méthode traditionnelle, is always an artful blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay sourced from our La Belle Promenade Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Balanced with a touch of dosage, this wine embodies fresh, youthful energy with layers of elegance. Over time, it gracefully evolves, revealing complex tertiary characteristics, making it a delight to enjoy both now and for years to come.

1 Bottle - 2021 La Belle Promenade Chardonnay
The La Belle Promenade Chardonnay is a unique portrait of the same vineyard each year. By design, it has the most symmetry, balancing the mineral, saline, and lemon-like tones of the rocky sections of the vineyard with just enough of the richness from the decomposed sections of soil. Consequently, the La Belle Promenade Chardonnay consistently reflects the vineyard’s balance year after year.

1 Bottle - 2021 Cuvée Constantin Pinot Noir
Cuvée Constantin is a nod to one of the great Flâneurs. In his essay "The Painter of Modern Life", Charles Boudelaire writes of a journalist turned street painter, a fixture on the sprawling promenades of Paris: Constantin Guys. As Constantin would wander the streets, searching for inspiration, our winemaker walks the cellar to put together this cuvée every year.
