This Non-Vintage Willamette Valley Brut excites the senses with aromas of marzipan, white peach, lemon curd and honeysuckle. Abundant flavors of stone fruit, tangerine and Meyer lemon are carried by refined bubbles. Certainly adding to its vivacious personality, is the kiss of La Belle Promenade Aligoté that was chosen to finish the wine with a 9g/l dosage. Its rich stone fruit character, kiss of sweetness and grounding minerality make it a clear complement to our current portfolio of sparkling wines.
